It’s important to keep your skin hydrated all year long, but the heat of the summer can dry out your skin faster than you realize. Drinking lots of water flushes toxins out of your skin, keeping you hydrated and glowing. There are also natural foods you can eat that will enrich your skin throughout the summer. Washing your face in the morning before putting on any makeup or other products will keep your skin healthier. Throughout the day, dirt and sweat build up on your face and clog your pores. Washing your face before bed will aid in preventing break-outs and refresh your skin.
