The Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail is the perfect trail for any skill level. It stretches for 16 miles and has several trailheads with free parking so you can run as little or long as you’d like.

Running stadiums quickly increases your heart rate and is an easy way to switch up your workouts. From running laps to squatting up the stands, the possibilities are endless. The stadium is open throughout the summer, but be sure to check their Facebook page for their adjusted hours before you go!
