Sweet Potato Chips

These are also some you can make at home! Peel and slice a sweet potato into thin slices. Put the slices in a bowl, and toss them in coconut oil and some salt (add cinnamon for a sweeter option). Place the sweet potato chips out on a baking sheet and bake at 350° until golden brown and slightly crispy!
