Irving Publications is growing and has launched a search for a full-time sales executive who has a passion for building relationships, networking, helping clients achieve their business goals and working in a fun and creative environment.

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• High level of confidence
• Ability to self motivate to complete tasks, seek out new clients and build strong relationships with clients
• Thrives under pressure
• Outgoing personality and impeccable listening skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player and understands the value of working in a team and being focused on the bigger picture
• 3-5 years of media sales experience preferred
• At least two professional references highly recommended

This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and exceeding cold calling and prospecting goals
• Meeting and exceeding closed business goals set forth by director
• Developing strong professional relationships with existing clients and area business professionals
• Relating to client needs and providing solutions
• Corresponding between art department and client
• Responding to urgent requests from clients
• Attending local and regional networking events
• Meeting deadlines set forth by director
