Mother’s Day can be a beautiful and at the same time a deeply sorrowful day. We often withhold our tears and emotions because others feel uncomfortable with our grief. In this experiential two-hour workshop, Shanti Vani, Transforming Grief Specialist will share some basics of helpful ways to respond to grief and loss. We will explore some different kinds of grief and think about some of the taboos and misinformation around grief, trauma, and loss.
