The cost at which someone will spend to feel and look their best is a personal decision, and, their reasons behind why they choose to invest in a specific aesthetic or cosmetic procedure even more so. A study published by the National Institute of Health (NIH) in 2023 reports that β€œthe volume of cosmetic surgical procedures, minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, and their expenditures have increased over the past 10 years.” Let’s learn about the stats surrounding cosmetic surgery.

According to Advanced Dermatology, women annually spend $877 a year their appearance, with men following suite spending $592 out of pocket on their appearance.
