Florida state officials announced that Florida bars will be allowed to reopen at 50% capacity on Monday, September 14.
Halsey Beshears, Secretary of Department of Business & Professional Regulation, tweeted out on September 10:
We are rescinding amended EO 20-09 from DBPR as of Monday. Starting Monday, all bars will be reopened at 50% occupancy. pic.twitter.com/YqQR2MkJpR

Bars must continue to follow social distancing guidelines and safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The state shut down bars back in June as COVID-19 cases in Florida continued to rise.
