Bars Will Be Allowed to Reopen

Florida state officials announced that Florida bars will be allowed to reopen at 50% capacity on Monday, September 14.

Halsey Beshears, Secretary of Department of Business & Professional Regulation, tweeted out on September 10:

Bars must continue to follow social distancing guidelines and safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The state shut down bars back in June as COVID-19 cases in Florida continued to rise. Stay tuned with your local government more information about local bars that will be allowed to reopen near you.
