Try Something New: 30 Days of Adventures

By Nicole Irving, Publisher and Editor-In-Chief
Calendar with red tacks in it

This year, why not embark on a 30-day mission to try something new and exciting? In fact, the act of learning and doing something new actually may even produce new neurons in your brain, according to eLife.

“Everything that you experience leaves its mark on your brain. When you learn something new, the neurons involved in the learning episode grow new projections and form new connections.”

We have compiled 30 days of new experiences and adventures to get you started. And remember, start slow, and spread the experience out. They don’t all have to be consecutive days or even all in one month. Make notes of what you liked about it, what you didn’t like about it, repeat what brought you joy and share the experiences with others that make you happy! A new year is a great time for new growth and adventures!
