Looking to sip on something special to ring in the new year, but want to skip the alcohol? We have a couple New Year’s Eve Mocktails to try!
- 1/2 cup ginger beer or ginger ale
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- Lemon wedges
- Candied ginger
In a tall glass filled with ice, our in the ginger beer followed by lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wedges, mint leaves and several pieces of candied ginger.
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- Mint leaves
Muddle a handful of blueberries with 1 tablespoon simple syrup and a few leaves of mint in the bottom of a glass. Add ice and top with spite. Stir and top with a new whole blueberries.
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup cold apple cider
- 1/4 cup club soda
- Apple slices
In a cocktail shaker, add in ice, honey, cinnamon and apple cider. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon.
