Missing your yoga studio in quarantine? All Down Dog apps are free until May 1 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to allow yogis to practice yoga at home.

Down Dog is a yoga training app that personalizes your flow for you, and typically there is a monthly subscription that comes with it. However, “we believe that stressful times like these are precisely when people need wellness practices the most, and we are committed to doing our part to help out,” according to the Down Dog website. The apps include Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout, and they are all free until May 1.

Students, teachers and healthcare professionals can access these apps for free until July 1! Visit downdogapp.com/schools to register your school’s domain, and visit downdogapp.com/healthcare to register your work healthcare domain, according to Down Dog.
