Ginnie Springs is closed following Gov. Ron DeSantis’ state-wide stay-at-home order.

Ginnie Springs is closed for the remainder of the month in compliance with the 30-day state wide stay-at-home order. “If you have a reservation during the month of April, we are issuing full refunds,” according to the Ginnie Springs Facebook page. “We will contact you in the next few days via phone or email.” Email reservations@ginniespringsoutdoors.com if you have any questions.

This popular spring typically draws in many visitors around this time and during the summer, and they remained open even after most state parks closed to slow the spread of the coronavirus. After a lot of backlash from the community about being open, they decided to close following the stay-at-home order in response to the growing severity of COVID-19.
