Healthy Hormone Harvest Salad

Looking for a way to make a tasty meal out of these hormone-helping ingredients? Try this delicious salad! 

1 cup raw spinach 

1 cup sweet potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and roasted 

1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts 

1/2 cup diced Granny Smith apple 

2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 

Goat cheese crumbles for garnish 

Assemble your salad with spinach on the bottom, then layer on the roasted sweet potatoes, shredded Brussels sprouts, apple and sunflower seeds. Drizzle on the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and toss the salad to get everything mixed. Lastly, sprinkle with goat cheese crumbles and enjoy! If you want to add protein, grilled chicken would be delicious on top.
