Vanilla and Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2⁄3 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Top with cinnamon and chopped walnuts if desired!
