PB & J Protein Smoothie

Peanut Butter and jelly smoothig

It’s national peanut butter and jelly day, and what better way to celebrate than with a protein and flavor packed smoothing. Combining these two flavors together will give bring you back to your childhood days of lunchroom fun, but, with all the protein and flavor we crave as adults. For added flare, add in a 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder.

– 1 cup of frozen strawberries
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 tablespoon of  crunch organic peanut butter (can substitute with almond butter)

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 ¼ cup of almond or soy milk

Blend with ice until you get to the consistency you enjoy.
