Hurricane season started June 1. Florida is no stranger to severe hurricanes, but it is always important to make sure you are ready for the worst-case scenario every year in case of an emergency! Use this hurricane prep checklist to make sure you and your loved ones are ready for any storm that comes your way.

Hurricane Prep Checklist:

  • Two weeks supply of medication, medical supplies used regularly and a list of allergies
  • Flashlight and batteries
  • Radio
  • Cash
  • First aid kit
  • Non-perishable food (enough to last at least one to two weeks)

  • Disposable eating wear (paper plates, napkins, forks, spoons)
